In 2004, a small town for five people was purchased by an insurance broker named Bobby Cave. He bought it for 215 thousand dollars. He invested more than half a million dollars to fix and spruce it up. Bobby then put it up on auction in 2007. Someone bought it for 2.5 million dollars.
